Thank you for shopping at Buylinecart. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our premium car covers. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
1. Damages & Issues (Unboxing Video Mandatory)
Please inspect your order upon reception. In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Strict Requirements for Damage Claims:
- An unboxing video of the package is strictly mandatory.
- The video must clearly show the package sealed from all sides before opening.
- The video must be uninterrupted and clearly show the damage or defect as the item is unboxed.
- Claims without a clear, continuous unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at our provided contact numbers or email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
